Terms & Conditions
Prices & Taxes Rates are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes (GST, QST, Québec lodging tax 3.5%), unless collected and remitted by the booking platform.
Payment A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise stated in the rate conditions.
Damage / Incidentals A pre-authorization may be placed on the guest’s credit card at check-in to cover damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning. Any unused amount will be released after departure.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation policies vary by rate and are displayed at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates are charged in full and are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: after 3:00 PM Check-out: before 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Minors Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Accessibility The hotel is located in a historic building; accessibility may be limited. Please contact the property prior to booking for specific needs.
Parking On-site parking is not available unless explicitly stated. Off-site parking is at guest’s expense.
Noise / Events The property may host events. Reasonable noise levels may occur, especially on weekends.
Liability The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Guests are liable for damages caused during their stay.
Force Majeure The hotel is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control.

Guarantee
A hold for 50% will be placed 7 days before the date of arrival and charged 24 hours before the date of arrival. A credit card is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged on your date of arrival. Taxes and fees are included.
Cancellation
This reservation is fully refundable. Cancel for free until 7 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies:
If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.
No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.
